Our partners and cooperations
ADAN is a unique network in the German-speaking region that brings together Black People of Colour (BPoCs) and various stakeholders. We work closely with companies, institutional and private organizations as well as ministries and NGOs, with the aim of making diversity visible, promoting BPoC talent and providing networking opportunities with stakeholders.

Partnership with Deutschlandstiftung Integration/ADAN Mentoring
In 2020, ADAN launched “ADAN Mentoring”, a mentoring program by which ADAN members accompany Afro-German and African youths aged 16 to 21 for five months. The focus is on questions and counselling on the topics of school, studies and future career planning. The program is supported by the Deutschlandstiftung Integration, whose patron is Federal Chancellor Dr Angela Merkel.
Companies
A partnership with ADAN offers companies the opportunity to get in touch with talented Afro-German and African students and professionals, to find new talent and to promote diversity within their own company.
Employer branding and recruiting
We offer access to a highly qualified talent pool (+300 members) who have know-how and expertise in different professional fields and intercultural sensitivity.
Promote and donate
Donations allow Adan E.V. more strongly for the African Diaspora on the German Labor market and in society and the vision of a future in the diversity and intercultural replacement are the norm approach.
Events
As part of a partnership, ADAN offers consultancy, seminars, workshops and lectures on Africa-related topics and diversity in your company.
