About ADAN
ADAN is a nationwide network of Black, Afro-diasporic and African people and their allies. We bring people together, open up access and stand up for equal participation in business, politics and society.

We believe in a future in which all Black, Afro-diasporic and African people can fully realise their potential, achieve economic mobility and take part in every aspect of life. As a driving force we shape business, politics and society, and actively build relationships with the African continent.
Our mission
ADAN connects, empowers and represents Black, Afro-diasporic and African people and their allies. Through our spaces and programmes we open up access to networks, knowledge, education and the rooms where decisions are made. We break down barriers, make diverse perspectives visible, add our voice to public debate and strengthen solidarity.
